The Çiftçi Towers Project, located in Zincirlikuyu, İstanbul's most valuable location and consists of 2 towers that are bottom-seated on 25.000 m² area which have 10-storey under the floor and 45-storey over the floor in each tower and it has 292.000 m² construction site. The project includes approximately 84.000 m² of residences, 10.000 m² of office, 68.000 m² of commercial area, warehouse and technical floor areas and parking lot with the capacity of 2.500 car. The design of the project was prepared by British architect John McAslan.
